Our refund policy for workshops & 1-day events:
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you'll receive a full refund less $30.
- If you cancel within 7 days, there is no automatic refund.
Where possible, you're welcome to transfer your place to a friend or colleague at no charge - just let us know.
