A drop-in group to rest in practice and expand your understanding and skills.  Join us for a teacher-led live online practice session on Sundays involving some movement and stillness practice, with a different theme each week.

Each week one of our marvellous teachers leads practice and discussion. This session is centred around a different theme. It is great way to support your practice through connection with others who value this way of being in the world.

Sustain your meditation practice so it becomes an ongoing support in your life. Come for free or give a small donation to support our work.

When: Every Sunday, 4:30-5:30pm AEDT/AEST
(Sessions run year-round except Easter Sunday and final week of December)

Drop-in flexibility:

You are welcome to drop into this class to experience a led practice and see if it appeals to you. If you are inspired you may want to join an MSBR course or our Befriending your Emotions course to continue your explorations with OpenGround.

Late arrivals:

Please join by 4:35pm if possible so we can settle into practice together. But if life happens and you're running late, join when you can—muted, camera off initially, then ease into the session.

Cameras:

Optional but encouraged. Being seen and seeing others creates connection that deepens practice. But if you're having a rough day and need anonymity, that's fine too.

Recording:

Sessions are not recorded. Practice is live-only. This creates safety for sharing and ensures people show up rather than accumulating sessions to "do later."
