While I didn't expect the course would relieve my sometimes debilitating arthritic and nerve pain, I was proven very wrong, in the best possible way. I feel so much better compared with how I felt at the beginning. I learned a new way of thinking about pain, how to self-soothe and listen to my body. The various meditation and movement practices have given me tools to use in daily life. I recommend this course to any sufferers of long term chronic pain who are willing to go on a new adventure.
