MBSR: Eight Weeks Towards Feeling Better Physically and Mentally

This is for anyone caught in stress, anxiety or overwhelm and also with puzzling physical problems (like headaches, digestive problems, high blood pressure) who wants something practical and proven to work.

MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) offers a practical and evidence-based method for feeling better. With good help from your teacher, some dedicated practice, and the course structure, you will notice more space opening up, symptoms becoming less dominating, and best of all, you will develop confidence about how to look after your mind and your emotions too.

A participants story

Betty has lived with depression and anxiety since she was fifteen. She talks candidly about the particular fear of it returning - and what it meant to finally have a tool that helped her sit with difficult emotions rather than be overwhelmed by them.
