    Mindfulness meditation isn't a solitary pursuit. If you have completed MBSR and had that feeling "But I want this to go on!" then come along. Meeting in a small teacher-led group, we will explore topics of interest to deepen practice and apply what we are learning to our lives. Make it part of your life.
