I would love to live
Like a river flows
Carried by the surprise
Of its own unfolding.
— John O’Donohue
Live-online. One Sunday a month, 9am-1pm.
Things are changing fast. Systems we've relied on - for community, for meaning, for stability - seem to be breaking down around us. It's disorienting. How do we find our feet when everything feels like it's spinning?
How can our meditation practice widen and deepen to help us stay grounded, bring wise action into the world, and restore a sense of sacredness to this life we're living?
Each half-day retreat offers a breathing space - a place of sanity and safety where we can feel what's here, explore what matters, and find steadier ground. We'll draw on mindfulness, insight meditation, somatic practices, science, philosophy, and the wisdom of people who've faced hard things before us.
In this series, we'll work with both wings of the meditation path: cultivating transformative and nourishing states of being (like kindness, compassion, patience, and curiosity) and investigating with precision the nature of experience and how we construct our world.
You are welcome here - whether you've just completed an initial course (MBSR, Pain to Peace or MSC) or have years of practice behind you.
Each session stands alone, but together they create a practical journey toward living with more courage, clarity, and heart.
