OpenGround's programs are built around genuine commitment - yours to the program and the practice, and ours to you. When you register, your place is held and costs are committed: teacher preparation, materials, catering, and in the case of retreats, venue fees that are locked in well in advance. Our cancellation terms reflect that reality, while leaving room for the unexpected turns that life sometimes takes.

Our refund policy for workshops & 1-day events:

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you'll receive a full refund less $30.
• If you cancel within 7 days, there is no automatic refund.

Where possible, you're welcome to transfer your place to a friend or colleague at no charge - just let us know.

Medical emergencies or significant life crises considered individually.
